Operate and maintain a Loan Closet of health care equipment such as walkers, crutches, wheelchairs and knee scooters, all available at no charge.

Host hundreds of disabled children at an annual picnic featuring boat rides, horse and pony rides, picnic food, karaoke, face painting and a couple people who like “clowning” around at our annual Kids Picnic.

Award scholarships to deserving students who also perform valuable community service.

Leverage donations seeking matching grants to support humanitarian projects on Grand Island. Most notable are Miracle League Field and Playground, Sidway playground and the Family Justice Center satellite.

Sponsor the annual Lions International Peace Poster Contest where children express their desires for peace in art and word.

Participate in the annual cleanup of Grand Island.
