Calgary North Hill Lions supported Mitchell's Miracle Day Foundation with a cheque for $5,000. Stampeder's MVP Quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell and his wife formed the Foundation to buy presents for needy children in Calgary during the Christmas holiday.

Past President Ken McMurtry (left) received a Diamond Centennial Award for sponsoring Lion Gary Davies as a new member.

A new project for the club this year is supplying 30 dozen eggs monthly to Calgary BowWest Resource Center to distribute to needy families in Calgary northwest. The eggs are a good source of protein not readily available from food banks.

On December 3, 2020, A cheque for $20,000 was presented to The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta. Lion Tony Prettegiani is shown on the right presenting the cheque to members of the Foundation.Lions are working to eradicate childhood cancer.
