North Hill Lions Support its Community

As the club does each year, one night is chosen to contribute support to worthy organizations both in the community and nationally.  This year was no exception.  On May 26th, forty-four Lions and organization representatives met to enjoy a meal together after which cheques were presented.  The club distributed over $120,000.
 
The following organizations were the worthy recipients of these donations.

Club Expands by Five New Members
On June 23rd five new Lions had the priveledge of being inducted into the Lions family by International Past President Justice Brian Stevenson.  Already involved in many of the club's projects Esther Elder (sponsor Jack Green), Michael Savage (sponsor Tony P.), Una Allen, Mark Allen (sponsor Blaine Robinson), and Iwona Purek (sponsor Jody Lewis) became active members of the North Hill Club.
