Welcome to the Woodstock Lions website. Please take a moment to look around and get to know a little about our service organization.

As Lions, we strive to make our community stronger, safer, and an environment for all to be successful. We are addressing the concerns of our community through supporting the Lion's eight global causes.

Diabetes - We support financially & physically to local diabetes screening events.

Vision - We collaborate with the Canton & Ball Ground Lions Clubs' to vision screen throughout Cherokee County Schools.  We conduct Vision Screening at local health fairs and community events.

Hunger - We support several Cherokee County Food Pantries, (St. Michaels, Never Alone, and Woodstock High School's pantry with shares supplies with Woodstock Middle & Elementary Schools.)

Environment - We are part of the City of Woodstock's Adopt-A-Road program.  We help keep clean a stretch of Trickum Road between Hwy 92 and Ragsdale Road.

Childhood Cancer - We build boredom bags for children with cancer.  We serve Lunch & Dinner at Scottish Rite Hospital through  CURE Childhood Foundation to patients and parents.

Youth - We support youth programs at the YMCA.  We support the River Ridge High School's ROTC progam.

Humanitarian - We support the Cherokee Family Violence Center.

Disaster Relief - We send money and/or supplies to those areas with the greatest needs.

In fact, "Where there is a need, there is a Lion."

We are the oldest major service organization, yet we have grown to be the world's largest. We are succeeding because we have embraced all those committed to building a brighter future for the world and for themselves.
