Meetings

If you know someone who needs but can not afford an eye exam and glasses, or a hearing exam and hearing aids, we may be able to help.

In 1925 Helen Keller challenged the fledgling Lions Clubs to become "Knights of the Blind", and to help eradicate preventable blindness.  The Moses Lake Lions Club supports this challenge at several levels.

We provide individual assistance to members of our community to the utmost of our ability to do so.  If you or someone you know needs help:

1. Download our application for assistance (92KB).  You will need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat PDF reader to open the file.

2. The application must be printed, completed by hand and mailed to the address below.  We regret that at this time applications can not be submitted electronically.  Please complete all sections - missing information will delay the processing of your application.

3. Mail the completed application to:

Moses Lake Lions Club
Attn: Sight & Hearing
P.O. Box 275
Moses Lake, WA  98837

The application will be reviewed, the information verified, and a recommendation made to our Board of Directors.  If we can help, we will.  Even if we can not provide direct assistance we will probably be able to steer you to other programs and organizations that can help.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on the assistance our club can provide, or on any Lions Sight or Hearing program.
