Members of the Lake Sumter Lions selected four winners from the Charter Middle School in the Peace Poster Contest. (For more info, go to Club Projects.)



During their visit to Ireland, Lake Sumter Lions Diana (left) and Kathy (right) met with Galway Lions and was presented with the Galway Lions banner.



Lion John and King Lion Chuck presented the book "The Dinosaur Tamer" to the Charter MIddle School Nurse. Lion John obtained the book, which is about stories of children with diabetes, from the WI Lions Foundation.



Club Treasurer Dan and his wife Margaret worked at the White Cane Days fundraiser. For more photos, see Fundraisers.



Keller and his trainer assisted the Lake Sumter Lions during White Cane Days. Keller is a puppy in training from the Southeastern Guide Dogs organization and was sponsored by the Lake Sumter Lions Club. See Club Projects for more about Keller.

King Lion Chuck was assisted by Andy the Armadillo while conducting KidSight vision screenings at the Lady Lake Library.
