While 2024 will be the Henderson Lions Club's ninth year operating the Lions Arts and Crafts Festival, the event itself will be in its 51st year of operation.

We understand that vendors need festival visitors to make their booths worthwhile, and we will continue to work hard to increase attendance each year. The location of this event is key to its success as Audubon State Park in Henderson, Kentucky is the perfect setting with plenty of booth space, beautiful trees and grass areas to relax in, as well as close parking for all who attend this arts and crafts festival. Booth arrangement is planned so all can be easily accessed and nothing missed, making for a relaxing visit.

With the Henderson Lions Club overseeing this annual event, community involvement has been a major goal and is expected to increase with each passing year. The Henderson Lions Club may sponsor and run this event, but acknowledges that bringing other organizations to participate helps make sure this will be exciting and fun for all who attend. There is such a large variety of arts and crafts seen at this festival, and all items from vendors are handmade and one of a kind. This is the perfect time to purchase gifts for the holidays. Bring your whole family and some friends for a day of relaxing and seeing some of the most enjoyable artisans and craftspeople show their wares. There is something for everyone!

Be A Part of Our Exciting Event!

Vendor registrations are now being accepted for the 2023 Lions Club Arts & Crafts Festival at Audubon State Park in Henderson, KY. Festival times are Saturday, October 7th from 10:00am until 4:00pm and Sunday, October 8th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. The fee for setting up a craft booth at the festival is $125; concession booths are $175. Registration is being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A total of 125 booth spaces will be allowed to keep flow and parking at an optimum. Only handcrafted items may be displayed and sold. Please make checks payable to Henderson Lions Club; registration forms can be sent to Henderson Lions Club P.O. Box 842, Henderson, KY 42419.

Electricity is available in some locations; please indicate your preference of 110v or 220v on your registration form. Security is provided each night after closing until morning startup with routine patrols in booth perimeter on a constant basis.

2022 saw vendors from Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee. We expect even more for 2023, so get your registration in early to ensure a booth space!

There is plenty of parking for the Arts and Crafts Festival for vendors and visitors alike with shuttle service throughout the park as a courtesy of the Lions Club. Admission to the festival is free, but there is a $5.00 parking fee for visitors good for the entire day of arrival.

Take a moment or two while visiting the many vendors and feel free to ask them about their craft. They would very much enjoy talking to you about how they got started and their passion for their art form. All our vendors appreciate and enjoy conversing with visitors, and you might find a new hobby you can enjoy as much as the artisans do!
