Periodically the Club publishes newsletters about its activities. Whilst there are none on view at present we will be uploading some in the near future.


Privacy Statement

In this statement we set out what we do with data we obtain from individuals dealing with Cheltenham Lions Club. In our processing we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation.

We process ‘personal data’ for the purposes of membership administration, fund raising, and in dealing with enquiries such as requests for assistance from the Club. All data are held securely and for as long as they relate to the purposes for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period. We do not hold data longer than necessary.

Security of data and confidentiality are important to us. We will not use your personal data without consent. This includes the use of photographs - if we wish to use your photo, for instance to publicise our events, we will ask your permission.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our operations or for administrative purposes or if we are required by law to do so. We cannot accept any liability for any processing by a third party.
