The Willow Point Lions Club Hall is available to rent!

Hall Rental Policy:

• The Lions Hall is a neutral community facility available for private events.
• Rentals are approved based on availability, safety requirements, and appropriate use of the facility.
• Rental approval is not based on political, ideological, or personal viewpoints.
• Use of the hall does not imply endorsement or support of any renter’s views or activities.
• Events are privately organized, and the views expressed do not represent the Lions Club or its members.
• Access to the facility is provided in a fair and non-discriminatory manner in keeping with our commitment to serve the community.

Our hall has a stage, a well-equipped kitchen (including coffee urns and a large icemaker), A/V equipment and tables/ chairs (enough to seat our hall maximum capacity) We are excited to announce that we are currently updating our Audio/Visual equipment.

Points to note:

1. Hall size is approximately 70’ by 50’. 
2. Maximum capacity is 120 and must be strictly adhered to. 
3. The security booking deposit and completed "Application Form" is required to be submitted to the Willow Point Lions Club for the booking date to be secured. 
4. If you are having liquor at your event, you will need to apply for a liquor license i.e. a Special Events Permit (SEP).
5. Your servers are required to complete a "Serving It Right" training program If you are having liquor at your event (even if it is just family attending).
6. If you are serving liquor, you are required to book the kitchen too.
7. Proof of payment, insurance and permit (if needed) are required prior to obtaining the key to the hall.
