The Willow Point Lions Club Hall is available to rent!

Interested in renting our hall for either an ongoing program or a one-time event?
We have a variety of clients – from eg. regular weekly yoga and line dancing classes to "one off" events such as meetings, weddings and “celebrations of life”. 

Our hall has a stage, a well-equipped kitchen (including coffee urns and a large icemaker), A/V equipment and tables/ chairs (enough to seat our hall maximum capacity) We are excited to announce that we are currently updating our Audio/Visual equipment.

Points to note:

  1. Hall size is approximately 170’ by 50’. 
  2. Maximum capacity is 120 and must be strictly adhered to. 
  3. The security booking deposit and completed "Application Form" is required to be submitted to the Willow Point Lions Club for the booking date to be secured. 
  4. If you are having liquor at your event, you will need to apply for a liquor license i.e. a Special Events Permit (SEP).
  5. Your servers are required to complete a "Serving It Right" training program If you are having liquor at your event (even if it is just family attending).
  6. If you are serving liquor, you are required to book the kitchen too.
  7. Proof of payment, insurance and permit (if needed) are required prior to obtaining the key to the hall.
