The year was 1925 and those twelve words rallied all Lions toward bettering the lives of those less fortunate than us.
Since our Western Delaware Valley Lions Club’s 1976 inception our goal has been to do just that. Our very strong foundation is built upon the teamwork of our members and our fantastic sponsors. Sponsorships over the years have allowed us to ease the pain and hardships of many.
During 2022-2023, because of the generosity of our sponsors, the Western Delaware Valley Lions Club disbursed in excess of $42,000 to over 25 blind, visually and hearing impaired, local community members facing hardships and other root cause beneficiaries in need of a helping hand.
Sponsorships allow you, thru us, to be a safety net to so many, bringing little amounts of sunshine into their day to day lives…easing a bit more of their burden and worry.
The beauty we take for granted is what Lions try to bring to all we help, if not immediately, then one day. It is because of our Sponsor’s continued support that we can provide this hope. We are extremely grateful for all they do.
