Truckee Lions Celebrate Alder Creek Students

Our club does not solicit members for charitable contributions. Instead, the club raises money for vision, hearing, and youth community needs through various fundraisers. People, organizations, and events we have supported include:
- Free health screenings for the entire family at our Community Health Fair
- Free eye exams, glasses, and surgery for local residents in need
- Caldor Fire evacuees

Cook Trailer
Lion Don Purdy built our cook trailer in his driveway. We use it for a variety of events, but it also is built for community use and is ready in the event of an emergency. “We serve whatever the need.”
