James A Bland Music Scholarship Competition - Club Level

Entry Level of a Progressive Music Scholarship Competition. Contestants will compete in either the Vocal or Instrumental Category, for the privilege of advancing to the next level, and then on to the State Level where over $20,000 in Music Scholarships will be awarded.
