Unlike other NGO's Lions give 100 percent of donations to our causes. We cover all our costs through our dues. We also collaborate with other Non-Profit and Governmental Organisations to assist in areas such as Natural Disaster, Social Services and Poverty Alleviation. Some of our causes include:
- Annual Community Service Project - Day of activities for underprivileged and special needs children.
- Annual Carnival Dance - Our main fund raiser with all proceeds going back to the community.
- Festival of Carols - In collaboration with the Ministry of Education a musical festival of Carols is organised with participants being Primary Schools from the Club's Charter Area.
- Senior Citizens Luncheon - A full course lunch is provided to persons who are residents in senior citizens home as well as underprivleged persons.
- Walk for Sight - In commemoration of International World Sight Day the Club assists and participates in the Walk for Sight.
- Partcipation in the Annual Grant-A-Wish Santa Claus Parade - The Club sponsors underprivileged and special needs children who partcipate in the Parade.
- Annual Christmas Party - One of our annual fundraisers done in conjunction with the Lions Club of Diego Martin West. This is an all inclusive event which features entertainment and food all at a reasonable price.
- Annual Wine & Cheese Evening - Our newest fundraiser promises an evening filled with wines, cheeses and appetizers with lovely entertainment and celebrity guests.
