Annual Labor Day Parade & Fish Fry - Each year our club plans for and produces Pickerington's Labor Day Festivities as a service for the community and as our biggest fund-raiser. A long-standing tradition, the Lions Labor Day offers something for everyone: a big parade, the best fried fish dinner in Central Ohio, bounce houses for the kids, a big raffle and lots of family friendly entertainment and fun. Come down to Victory Park this Labor Day for a great time!
Boy Scout Troop 256 - The Pickerington Lions Club has sponsored Boy Scout Troop 256 since 1952. We have helped the troop financially and have sponsored several Eagle Scout projects. The troop helps our club every year at our annual Labor Day Fish Fry and in many other ways.

Why do we send the glasses to foreign countries and not give them to the needy in America? Because it is illegal in the US to give someone the prescription of someone else.
Adopt A Family - Each year at Thanksgiving and Christmas, the members of our club "adopt" one or more needy families in conjunction with Fairfield County Family Services. Members buy food and presents for all family members to ensure that the families -- and especially the children -- will have happy holidays.
Charities We Support - Besides the projects above, our club donates money annually to a variety of good causes, including:
- Lions Pilot Dogs
- Camp Echoing Hills
- Diabetes Association
- Pickerington Bands
- Voice Corps
- Ohio Lions Foundation
- Ohio Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation
- Lions Clubs International Foundation
- Ohio Lions Pediatric Cancer Foundation
- Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank
- the GOOD Program in the Pickerington Schools
- Many other great organizations.
Eye Exams & Glasses - We purchase numerous eye exams and eyeglasses each year for residents in the Pickerington Local School District whose families cannot afford to do it themselves.
