Welcome to the West Norwich Lions Club. We are a group of people who have come together to help serve the community who may be in need of assistance, primarily in or near West Norwich and the surrounding districts of Norwich and outlying villages. We aim to help the young and the old, the sick and the infirmed, the handicapped and the poor; in fact anybody in special need of assistance and who requires our support. We are now back (almost) to normal following what we hope is the LAST lockdown. Our meetings are due to resume at the Brook Hotel Bowthorpe this next month (september with the first meeting at 19.30 8th September, new and interested persons will be welcome.

We have been serving the people of West Norwich for over 30 years and our Club is part of the Lions Clubs International which is the largest service organisation in the world. Being a Lion is all about giving up a little time and effort to help those in need, those a little less fortunate. All our members would agree that this is truly rewarding experience. All that is required is a little motivation and willingness to get involved (although many members bring a wealth of experience from other areas of their life to their role with the Lions).

We have our headquarters at the Brook Hotel, Norwich (just off the Costessey/Bowthorpe roundabout) where we hold our regular monthly meetings.
