The Monadnock Lions Club was Chartered in 1960 with 25 members. Today we have over 30 members and growing. We serve the towns of Dublin, Harrisville, Marlborough, and Roxbury
                                    
Our Community Projects are Vision Spot Vision Screening for Elementary school children, Plastic Film Recycling, Recycling pill bottles for third world countries, Putting up a Community Tree in December, Having Santa's visit at Marlborough Community House in December, Supplying Sand for Seniors in the winter, working in the Kidzcupboard, and helping at Homestead Thrift Shop.
Our fundraising events are a Roast Beef Supper in March to benefit MalHarris Emergency Services, selling tickets and greeting people at gate #5 at the Cheshire Fair in August, we have an October Meat Raffle, and selling Christmas Trees in November/December.
We also support our Veterans by marching in the Memorial Day Parade in May and attending Veterans' Day observance in November.
Our Donations- Future in Sight, American Diabetes, Camp Allen, Childhood Cancer, VET Center, Dog Sight Project, NE Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Lions Club International Foundation, Operation Kid sight, David's House, Camp Pride, Camp Allen, and Lions Youth services
We also have fun - playing in Lions golf tournaments in July, Lions nights at Fishercats games, enjoying our year-end celebration in June, and the Holiday Party in December.
We have a club field in Harrisville, NH, which we rent for summer events. If you wish to rent the field for $175 a day, contact us at monadnocklionsclub@gmail.com

We are always looking for community-minded people to join us. More hands make lighter community service. We meet on the first Saturday at 8:30 am and the third Thursday at 6:30 pm of the months September through June. We are currently meeting at the Federated Church of Marlborough, 16 Pleasant Street, Marlborough, NH. We also meet at the Marlborough Community House, 160 Main Street, Marlborough, NH, and the Frost Free Library, Jaffrey Road, Marlborough, NH.
