Lower Swatara Lions Club will be hosting a pancake breakfast on Saturday March 7, 2026 8AM- 11AM at our Lions Clubhouse ( 2 Theodore Avenue). Meals are $8 for adults, ages 7-under 12- $5, children 6 yrs old and under FREE. We offer Dine In or TAKE OUT. Meal includes pancakes, sausage, juice & coffee. Tickets are available at the door on a first come, first serve basis.

Lower Swatara Lions Club will hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday April 4, 2026 at the Lions Club clubhouse in Shope Garden (2 Theodore Avenue). It will start at 10AM Sharp and is open to children up to 12 years old. The Easter Bunny will be there for photos and each child will receive a gift. There are prize eggs within each age category. No registration required. Come down for a fun morning of Easter eggs and the Easter Bunny.

Lower Swatara Lions Club will sponsor our annual Halloween Parade on Thursday October 15, 2026. Registration begins at 5 PM with the parade starting promptly at 6PM. COST OF REGISTRATION is a donation of in-date non-perishable items for our food drive . There will be prizes for BEST COSTUMES for participating groups and individuals. There is also a prize for BEST FLOAT. Parade starts at 6 PM SHARP at the Lions Club baseball field on Theodore Avenue. It turns right onto Nissley Drive, then left onto Donald Avenue. It turns left onto Burd Road and continues to Richard Avenue. It then turns left onto Greenwood Drive and finishes on Theodore Avenue at the Lions Club building, where refreshments will be served. Be aware- anyone offering opportunities for “vendors” is a SCAM. We DO NOT have any vendor opportunities or positions. We DO NOT allow street vendors in our parade route and will notify local

Santa will be arriving to light up our flagpole tree promptly at 6PM Sharp. The Lions Club will be selling soup, hot sausage and hot dogs. Other refreshments may be available (depending on food truck availability). We will have crafts for the kids and judging of the kids coloring contest. The Community Band will be performing and we will have a carol sing. Come join us for the festive holiday fun! Anyone advertising vendor availability is a SCAMMER and should be reported!
