ADOPT A HIGHWAY CLEAN UP

Kunkel Elementary School
Lower Swatara Lions Club will be conducting our cleanup of our section of Fulling Mill Road. We will meet at Kunkel Elementary School parking lot at 9AM and clean up trash from Eisenhower Blvd to Phillips Office Equipment (2.2 miles). Participants are urged to wear sturdy shoes and reflective safety vests. Gloves and trash bags will be provided.

Lower Swatara Lions Club will sponsor our annual Halloween Parade on Thursday October 16, 2025. Registration begins at 5 PM with the parade starting promptly at 6PM. COST OF REGISTRATION is a donation of in-date non-perishable items for our food drive . There will be prizes for BEST COSTUMES for participating groups and individuals. There is also a prize for BEST FLOAT. Parade starts at 6 PM SHARP at the Lions Club baseball field on Theodore Avenue. It turns right onto Nissley Drive, then left onto Donald Avenue. It turns left onto Burd Road and continues to Richard Avenue. It then turns left onto Greenwood Drive and finishes on Theodore Avenue at the Lions Club building, where refreshments will be served.
