Since its beginning, the Littlestown Lions Club has been involved in various community endeavors.  Among those, the Club:

+ Collects used eyeglasses for recycling

+ Plastic recycling program that goes to make park benches

+ Supports Littlestown Senior Center

+ Supports Ruth's Harvest

+ Supports the Community with a medical equiptment program

+ Has provided over $12,000 for Community projects in the last decade alone
