Korumburra Lions Club - Fund Raising    

All funds raised by the Korumburra Lions Club go either directly back to projects and activities that are used to support the Korumburra Community or in some cases to support the district, country or global programs of the Lions International. Monies are not used to support paid administration personnel but are used to directly develop the programs for the community.

Without Fund Raising the Lions Clubs cannot achieve the aims of serving the community.  

We actively seek your support! Please help whenever you see the Lions @ Work signs. 

Fund Raising Events Planned for the coming year

•BBQ at IGA for Food Drive – winter and summer

Our next food drive is on the Thursday 20th April 2023 at the IGA car park between 10am and 2pm. Please come along and donate an item of non-perishable food to be distributed by Milpara Community House to those who are less well off. Lions will also be cooking their famous BBQ of super sausages and egg and bacon rolls. Come down, do the shopping and support this great cause.

•Burra Brush n Bubbles

Paint brush in one hand, plus a glass of bubbles in the other, and let’s see what you can create at the Burra Brewery!
This is not about being an artist, it's just fun.
We supply art materials, tuition, pizza, a glass of sparkling/beer/cider/soft drink.
Bring some friends or make new friends. $65/head (for $110 of value)

Local artist Bob Hickman will guide you to your very own acrylic masterpiece.
Profits from the event go to Lion projects. The last event we donated $2000 to the Lion Foundation for raising funds to the devastating earthquake in Turkey.
