2023-2024 Killingworth Lions Club Officers & Board Members
Lions Motto "We Serve"
Chartered in 1970 the Killingworth Lions are devoted to making a positive difference in the community and globally. This club is comprised of many caring men and women led by President Karen Vecchitto and the Killingworth Lions' Board of Directors. Feel free to reach out to her at kvecchitto1170@icloud.com for more information, to learn about how you can serve the community along side us or how you can help our efforts in the areas of Vision, Youth, Diabetes, Childhood Cancer, Hunger, the Environment, etc... because "Where There is a Need, There is a Lion!"
Lions are determined to fight hunger and help those who are struggling due to health, personal or family hardships. All of our community fundraisers donate back every dollar of income and every item collected which are distributed to many local Charities, neighbors in need and Community Service Organizations. Members empower each other in ways no one person could do alone. The mission is to reach and serve the greater population and quickly respond to individuals who may need our help on a moment’s notice.
The Lions would like to extend their gratitude to all those who have contributed to important and vital causes during these challenging times our community and the world is facing. If you would like to continue donating grocery store gift cards or checks, please make checks out to Killingworth Lions Charities, Inc. and mail the checks or gift cards to Killingworth Lions, PO Box 680, Killingworth, CT 06419 or to make an online monetary contribution, click the DONATE button below.
Wishing you good health and peace of mind.
Thank you for your continued support!
