Christmas Food Basket Project 2023

Each year the Greentown Lions spend a Friday afternoon and a Saturday at various locations around Greentown. The Lions ring bells to collect donations which are used to purchase fresh food items to be placed in Christmas Food Baskets to help families in our community. The baskets are delivered on the Saturday before Christmas. 

The Scouts also play a vital role with the food baskets and our community. The Scouts collect non-perishable food items from local residents. These non-perishable foods are included in the food baskets.

Friday, December 22 at the Fairgrounds starting at 6 pm. to sort the food and pack boxes, according to the number of people in each family. 

 BASKET DELIVERY

The basket delivery will be on Saturday, December 23
