Meeting started about 6:35

Present were President David Merritt, Darrel Stanley, Gary Broetzman, Sharon Crosby, Collette Wren, Carrie Fell Miller, and Kathy Wren.

Popcorn sales was discussed: sales were down last week but the crowd was a lot smaller.

The Triple Crown concession was discussed: It was decided that we would sell water, Gatorade and popsicles. David and Kathy 7:00 to set up- Carrie in at 9:00- Sharon in at 12:00 -Gary in at 3:30- Diane and Leroy in at 3:30

Kathy will contact Mr. Denny about the football season. School starts the middle week of August. The first home game is September 10. If we get the go ahead Kathy will send out the sign up sheet. 

David thought it would be nice to have a social meeting in August.August 16, 6:00 at the Gregory Park in West Glenwood.  The menu will beTaco Salad Kathy will make a sign up list for this evening-the club will provide the meat and beans for the salad. It will be a activity evening--corn hole and lawn games.
