"Our Centennial Project"
On June 7th 2017, Lions Clubs International celebrated 100 years of service in our communities and worldwide.
This project is a multi-phazed plan and an extention of the Gananoque Lions 1st Major project entitled "Gananoque Lions Recreational Park" These projects are virtually side by side.
"Redefining Limitations" at Joel Stone Park Beach
The Gananoque Lions Club built an innovative ramp that will safely allow those with disabilities including residents and visitors easy access to the St Lawrence River. This reflects the creativity and commitment of both the Lions Club and the Town of Gananoque..
Official Opening was on June 16th, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
