Danny Garwood has been passionately playing guitar for six years, drawing inspiration from artists like Kenny Wayne Shepherd, John Mayer, Eric Gales, Jeff Healey and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Based in Nashville, his mission is to keep the blues alive. Danny has had the honor of sharing the stage with blues greats Buddy Guy, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram and Ally Venable. He has performed at the Ryman in Nashville and the Chicago House of Blues.  Danny currently has the honor to host the youth blues jam at Ground Zero Blues Club in Clarksdale MS, in conjunction with the International Blues Challenge.

As a two-time Masterclass alum of Pinetop Perkins Foundation workshop in Clarksdale, Danny has honed his craft under the guidance of blues legend, Bob Margolin of Muddy Waters Band. Danny has accomplished all of this and he is sixteen years old, his band DANNY GARWOOD AND CO. have performed in cities around the United States.
