Fairfield Glade Lions - Students of the Month 2025
Students are selected to participate in the Lions program because of good grades and involvement in school and other activities during their four years in high school. Students receive recognition at the Fairfield Glade Lions Dinner with all “Students of the Month”. The students are introduced and receive a special plaque with their name and special month printed on it.
April 2025:
Phoenix High School Senior Kaitlyn Kittle and Stone Memorial High School Senior Bella Moore have been named the Fairfield Glade Lions Club April 2025 Students of the Month.
Kaitlyn was selected by her Assistant Principal Sharon Miller, and Bella Moore was selected by her school counselor Kim Vashaw to take part in the Fairfield Glade Lions monthly program. Lions Club Co-Chairs Bill and Mary Green named Kaitlyn and Bella “Student(s) of the Month” along with their Corporate Partners Crossville Heating & Cooling and East Tennessee Dodge.
Kaitlyn’s school activities include involvement with the floriculture department of FFA and participating in the Color Guard section of the school’s Marching Band. Kaitlyn volunteers at a local nursing home. She also assists with various activities at an elementary school. Kaitlyn helps with fund raisers, such as her sister’s Girl Scout troop. Kaitlyn enjoys caring for her family’s animals. She has a favorite horse that she delights in grooming, feeding, and riding. Kaitlyn plans to attend Roane State Community College for two years and hopes to continue her education at East Tennessee State University. She plans to study counseling to become a therapist; she wants to acquire certifications to become a school guidance counselor.
Bella attends Stone Memorial and is active in FFA, student government, Beta Club, and the Interact Club. Bella is active in her church’s youth group, Hands of Mercy Food Pantry, and 4-H. Bella lives on a farm and enjoys raising animals. Bella enjoys spending time with family and friends, farming, and being outdoors. Bella plans to attend South College and pursue a career in pharmacy.

Kaitlyn and Bella are notable examples of students who have taken advantage of getting involved in school activities during their four years in high school. Crossville Heating & Cooling and East Tennessee Dodge with the entire membership of the Fairfield Glade Lions Club wish them success in their future goals.
