Eyeglass Recycling

January - December

The Charlotte Lions Club collects used eyeglasses and hearing aids all year round. If you have any unused eyeglasses, sunglasses, or hearing aids that you would like to donate you can drop them at any of our recycle drop-offs listed below:

Beach Market Rental

January - December

Beach Market, located at the corner of Lovett & Bostwick streets, in Charlotte, Michigan, is available for private and communtiy functions year round. Contact the Chamber of Commerce for information about renting the site your your garage sale, market, or special event at (517) 543-0400.

White Cane Days

April - May

Each year you will see the Charlotte club members in front of local businesses handing out small white canes or other items to indivduals promoting awarness of the "White Cane" Law, donations to help with our projects are appreciated. Each year the White Cane Campaign runs over two weekends at the end of April.

Cheese Sale

November - December

The 2023 Charlotte Lions Cheese Sale is currently underway. Cheese will be for sale on November 17th and 18th in the morning at LAFCU, Eaton Community Bank, and TSC. Cheese blocks are approximately one pound for $10.00 or 3 for $25.00. There is a wide variety of cheeses in limited quantities: Pepper Jack, Baby Swiss,Sharp Cheddar, Colby, Roasted Garlic, Amish Creamery, Big Eye Swiss, Smoked Gouda, Colby Jack, Horseradish, Farmers, Salsa Jack,Vintage Habenero, Bruschetta and Variety Wheel.
