EYEGLASS RECYCLING...

Our club collects used, unwanted eyeglasses through collection box located at the Eagles Club or drop them off at Sanford Eye Clinics or Third Street Optical. If you have any old pairs of eyeglasses lying around your home, please take them to one of our collection points and we will recycle them and get them to a person in need.  Each year our club collects several pairs of eyeglasses through this recycling program.  Please help give others the Gift of Sight.

Soles for Souls

Lion Mary Lou Milender led the collection of more than 10,000 pairs of shoes.  She worked with area schools and collected shoes at the County Fair.  The shoes were boxed up and transported to Iowa to be shipped to places of need.
