Utilize club website and social media for increased member communication

​Utilize club app to encourage club communication.

Milestones:

Continue to make newsletters available on the club website 

Publicize club meetings and events via the club website and club Face Book page
 

 Community Service

 Develop community service plan per CEP

 Milestones:

Hold at least three cub-sight screening

Hold at least one glaucoma screening 

​Hold other community service projects

​Participate in a Zone Project (Trunk or Treat)

​Implement a literacy training program in the community

Fundraising

 Develop alternative means of fundraising other than Bingo

Milestones:

Support the hosting of another golf tournament

Support the hosting of a crawfish cookoff project 

Develop list of additional alternative fundraising events

Strengthen Bingo Operations

 Milestones:

Complete cross-training of current workers in various worker positions

Work to reduce number of non-club workers

Host “super bingo”
