Lion Frank Formisano (Left) is presented a Presidents Certificate of Appreciation by PCC John Hart on behalf of Lions Clubs International President Chancellor Bob Corlew and District 21-B Governor Jim Whelan.  The award is in recognition of Lion Frank’s tireless efforts to implement the Health and Wellness Initiative  in District 21-B.
