Trenton Lions Club - Hall Rental Information
The 2024 and 2025 hall rental fee is $240 a day which permits use of tables, chairs and kitchen facilities. Access is on the day of rental ONLY from 8 am to 1 am. The Hall is 2100 square feet and has a capacity for 100 people seated. The stage measures 28' by 6'.
The Bar Service Fee is $50 which provides 2 Lions Club Members who are Smart Serve qualified. Bar Service is for a maximum of 6 hours. The Bar is stocked with common wine, beer and liquor varieties. The bar operates as cash only with the profits remaining with the Lions Club.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is required two days prior to the event date.
A Refundable deposit totaling $100 ($75 for cleaning and $25 for key) is required when the key is issued/contract is signed.The renter is responsbile for leaving the hall in the condition found for the cleaning deposit to be returned.
According to the Ontario Alchohol and Gaming Commission (AGO), the Trenton Lions Club is unable to rent the hall for the purposes of a 'Jack & Jill' type of event.
