The Toronto Cathay Lions Club is proud to announce our most recent and impactful initiative:

👓 Donation of 30,000+ Brand New Eyeglasses

As part of our continued commitment to vision care—one of the core missions of Lions Clubs International—our Club is coordinating the donation of more than 30,000 brand new eyeglasses to communities in need.

Clear vision is not a luxury. It is essential for:

• Children to succeed in school

• Adults to work and support their families

• Seniors to maintain independence

• Individuals to live with dignity and confidence

Through this large-scale donation, we aim to restore sight, expand opportunity, and improve quality of life for thousands of recipients.

This initiative reflects months of planning, coordination, and partnership-building to ensure the glasses are delivered where they are needed most.

Since our charter on January 16, 1975, the Toronto Cathay Lions Club has been dedicated to meaningful service and long-term community impact.
