Between July 2022 and March 2023, Lions Club of Terrigal-Wamberal have raised over $34,000 to support local and international causes!

Free Trade Day

Free Trade Day occurs each year towards the end of August. Local Tradies are asked to volunteer thier time on one day. The community can nominate a person in need who is unable to pay for essential repairs. Our club along with many local businesses sponsor the cost of the materials. Sponsorship Headwear for Cancer sufferers

The NSW Cancer Council gives out headwear for cancer sufferers at Wyong and Gosford Public Hospitals and North Gosford Private Hospital. This headwear is made by a team of dedicated volunteeers coordinated by NSW Cancer Council. Approximately 3000 beanies, turbans and other headwear are given away each year on the Coast.

Terrigal - Wamberal Lions Club is proud to the sponsor of the cost of the materials used to produce the headwear. We have an ongoing commitment to fund the costs each year.

Car Boot Market

Terrigal - Wamberal Lions Club holds a successful market once a month at Terrigal Lagoon Reserve.

Money raised from the stall holders and the Sausage Sizzle goes to charities as well as worthy needs in our local area.  For full details about the market, please click here.

Lions Mints

Lions Mints are a very important project of Lions Clubs in Australia. Terrigal-Wamberal Lions is one of the clubs that keeps the Lion Mints in stock. We do thank all the generous owners of those outlets for assisting Lions to help other people. The retail outlet makes no money from the sales. Lions Club Christmas Cakes

Lions Club Christmas Cakes are another important project of Lions Clubs in Australia. Terrigal-Wamberal Lions Club is involved in selling Lions Christmas cakes every year. If you are interested in selling Lions Christmas Cakes please contact us. If you would like to purchase Christmas Cakes, a list of local organisations who sell these is published here mid November after they have received their deliveries.
