Lions Christmas Tree Lot 2025
Good morning, Lions -
Yes, it is time to talk about Christmas Trees again!
For those that are new to our club this year - welcome! We are thrilled to have you with us. For those that have been with the club for just a few years or all the way up to 50+ years, thank you for all that you do and have done! We have a fun club that is incredibly dedicated to serving our community. One of our biggest fundraising projects is our annual Christmas Tree lot. It takes up a lot of our time during an already busy holiday season, but we always come together to make this a successful project. I am so thankful for that. We also get a tremendous amount of support from the team at the Superior Outdoor Expressions garden center, and from the St. Boni Fire Department. We could not do this project without all of their help.
CLICK HERE for the schedule for our 2025 Christmas Tree lot.
A few things to note:
- There are two pages to the emailed schedule this year. – Only one show via this link
- The shift times change a little bit throughout the schedule due to Superior's operating hours changing slightly.
- If I have scheduled you to work on a day/time that does not work for you, I truly apologize. Please contact another Lion to ask if they can trade shifts with you.
- Saturday, Nov.22 starting at 9:00am is the day we will be setting up the tree lot. We need as many people as possible to help us that day. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors! And it helps if you can also bring something like a box cutter or scissors to cut the twine off the trees, as well as a step stool to help reach the top of the trees.
- If you happen to have some extra time available throughout the tree lot season, please feel free to stop by the tree lot and offer to help, even if you are not on the schedule for that day/time. Especially on weekdays. The team at Superior will sell trees on our behalf when we are not there, but they always appreciate having our extra support. We are only scheduled to work the last two hours of their day on weekdays, but any extra help we can provide any time of day is welcomed.
Please let me know if you have any questions about any of this information. Here's to another fun, safe, and successful tree lot season, allowing us to provide much needed assistance to our community.
Thank you!

Who We Are and What Lions Do!
Lions meet the needs of local communities and the world every day because they share a core belief - to serve their community.
Lions Club International is the largest service club organization. We have over 1.35 million members in more than 45,000 clubs in more than 206 countries and geographic areas.
Lions have a dynamic history. Founded in 1917, we are best known for fighting blindness, but we also volunteer for many different kinds of community projects - including caring for the environment, feeding the hungry and aiding seniors and the disabled.
Lions give sight. By conducting vision screenings, equipping hospitals and clinics, distributing medicine and raising awareness of eye disease, Lions work toward their mission of providing vision for all.
Lions have extended their commitment to sight conservation through countless local efforts and through their international SightFirst Program, which works to eradicate blindness.
Lions serve youth. Our community projects often support local children and schools through scholarships, recreation and mentoring. Internationally Lions offer many programs, including the Peace Poster Contest, Youth Camps and Exchange and Lions Quest.
Lions Leo Program provides the youth of the world with an opportunity for personal development through volunteering. There are approximately 144,000 Leos and 5,700 Leo clubs in more than 140 countries.
Lions award grants. Since 1968, the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) has awarded more than $700 million in grants to support Lions humanitarian projects around the world. LCIF was also ranked number one nongovernmental organization in a 2007 study by The Financial Times.
Lions help during disasters. Together, our Foundation and Lions are helping communities following natural disasters by providing for immediate needs such as food, water, clothing and medical supplies - and aiding in long term reconstruction.
Lions are active. Our motto is " We Serve". Lions are part of a global service network, doing whatever is necessary to help our local communities.
