- Flags for First Graders - In February Club members give a presentation on the U.S. flag to first grade classes in the area and each first grader receives a small desk flag with stand.
- Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation Support - We provide financial support to OLSHF at our District 36-R Convention Parade of Checks.
- Local Sight & Hearing Assistance - Providing assistance to getting eyeglasses and hearing aids for those in need who qualify. More Info>>
- Student Vision Screenings - In the month of October, club members work with the school district and the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation to help perform vision screenings of all students in the North Santiam School District's elementary and middle schools. We also coordinate with St. Mary School for screenings as requested.
- Pioneer Park Projects - Our club has recently adopted Pioneer Park in the City adopt-a-park program. Look for new Spring service projects coming soon!
First Project Completed - Waterway limb debris clean-up. If you are interested in volunteering to help with Pioneer Park projects, contact us at staytonlionsclub@gmail.com or better yet, BECOME A LION!
- Pop-Up Food Drive - Four hour food/donation drives for the Stayton Community Food Bank, whenever scheduled throughout the year.

- Stayton Lions Club Scholarships - Provide one scholarship to a senior at both Stayton High School and Regis High School.

- Sublimity National Night Out Booth Host - Visit our full promotional booth at this great August event in Sublimity's Church Park. Enjoy live music and dinner.
- Fall Butterbraid Sale Fundraiser - Butterbraid sale before Thanksgiving. Proceeds benefit our community service programs.
- Red Kettle Bell Ringing - In the month of December the club schedules with the Salvation Army to volunteer as Red Kettle bell ringers at Bi-Mart.
- Used Eyeglasses & Hearing Aid Collection - Used eyeglasses and hearing aids can be dropped off at our main collection box in Stayton(see below). They can also be placed in the small collection boxes inside Sublimity Eye Care in Sublimity or the Scio Post Office. Quarterly eyeglass sorting parties are held at Keizer Lions Club.

Like all service clubs, the Stayton Lions Club is an IRS 501 (c) (4) tax-exempt social welfare organization, NOT a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt charitable or religious organization. What this means is that while the contributions we receive are not taxable to us, it also means your contributions to us are not tax-deductible charitable contributions by you and we cannot provide you a usable tax ID number for that purpose.
