Sight & Hearing Assistance

Stayton Lions Club works through the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation and with local providers to help provide assistance with Sight & Hearing needs for those in our area who qualify. Availability of assistance depends on financial and residency requirements, access to insurance, and available funding through our local Lions club.

Information from completed referrals will be forwarded to the appropriate Lions Club covering the area in which the requestor lives. The requestor will then be contacted by that local club with application information. During the application process requestors should be prepared to provide information on, but not limited to, current: family size, income, monthly expenses, insurance coverages, and other assistance program benefits received.
