Jason Seay Spartanburg Lions Club President

Fellow Lion's and Friends,

Looking for an avenue to give back to the community that has given my family and I so much I began my journey as a Lion in 2017 joining the Spartanburg Lion's Club. From the beginning members of Spartanburg Lion's Club members nurtured my involvement and begin to mentoring me to better serve the people in my community. For 100 years the Spartanburg's mission is to serve others in the Spartanburg Community, the state of South Carolina, and persons in need in nations around the world. As the 101st president of the Spartanburg Lion's Club my goal will be to continue serving the established traditions of our club while expanding our visibility in the community in efforts to increase community participation driving our membership base, empowering us to do more than ever before.

I am a lifelong member of Spartanburg County earning a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of South Carolina Upstate. I am a business owner, and my career focuses on financial planning for the individual investor, their families, and businesses. Financial health determines so much of life's trajectory and it is an honor to help my clients organize, build, protect, and transfer their wealth.

In 2017 I was elected trustee for Spartanburg County School District 2. I married my high school sweetheart and together we raise our two kids, Simon and Caroline. On the weekends I can be found often at a go kart tract with my son or a dance completion with my daughter. I have a passion for aviation and look forward to an opportunity to learn to fly.

Please consider joining us at a future meeting at Bethel United Methodist Church on the first and third Mondays of the month. Lunch is served at 11:30 and meetings start at 12.

Sincerely,

Jason Seay
