Public Skating

Each winter we turn our outdoor pond into a ice skating rink.  Our team of volunteers work tirelessly to keep the snow removed and the ice resurfaced.  Once we deem that the ice is safe, the rink is open to the public on a daily basis from 9a-4:30p (weather and ice conditions permitting!!).  If the rink is CLOSED then we will have the main entrace gate closed (orange snow fence) and a sign to indicate no skating.  We will also post on Facebook that the rink is closed.  Please, no skating at night time in the dark.  It's just too dangerous.

There is no cost for skating at our rink but donations are greatly appreciated and help us continue on the skating rink legacy of the Somersworth Lions Club. When you're skating you can simply place cash or check donations through our mail slot on the front door of the white building or you can give a donation online. We thank you for your continued support!
