San Francisco Unified Lions Club serves the community of San Francisco and Internationally.  Below is a list of our projects:

2022-2023 Project List

  • Bikes-4-Vets – bike giveaway to Veterans (November)
  • Lions Picnic Day
  • Lions-giving (November)
  • Cherry Blossom Festival Fundraiser (April)
  • Chinese New Year parade (February)
  • BeChinatown Christmas (December)
  • Colon Cancer Awareness – Health (Get Your Rear In Gear) (July)
  • Community organization – Hygiene packages (December 2022)
  • Holiday Toy Drive (November/December)
  • Photographer – Capturing photo moments of community events
  • Senior Portraits (on-going)
  • SF-Marin Food Bank – Packaging food for pick-up & donation food drives (on-going)
  • Student Speaker Contest. High school students participate in a public speaking contest,
  • Sunset Merchant Farmer’s Market @ 37th and Pacheco – Support local community festival to support small business owners (3rd Sundays)
  • Veterans Day Parade (November)
  • Vietnam charity mission
  • Yick Wo School – can food drive (Oct./Nov.)
  • Youth Vision Screening Project – Vision Screening at elementary schools (on-going)
  • Lions Networking event (November 2022 & June 2023)
  • SF Unified Lion Dance Festival (August 2023)
  • Children’s Shoe Charity (2023)

*Various small service project members serve individually throughout the year.
