Maria's Closet provides gently used clothing to the Selma community.
A message from President Lion Tisha Cardoza.
Lion Maria. She had a passion project to provide clothes for those in need. The community support was outstanding. I don’t know how many bags were dropped off picked up but I would guess 30 or so.
She has had 3 Maria Closets at the hall. Serving over 100 people. Providing warm clothes to men, women, and children.
I will share a story. This morning when I went to check. A little boy maybe 3 or 4 was showing off his jacket so excited and saying how warm it was. This was the reason for her project.

Maria’s Closet is sure to be a project that will continue. I am confident that this project will grow and grow. Maria has a big heart for our community. We are proud of you and support you.

CVLLC's Christmas Blessing project is to provide food boxes and gifts to nine families. Please sign up for a food item or join us for dinner on December 10 to pick out a gift tag. All items will need to be dropped off by December 20, 2024 at Chos Kitchen.
