The Sutton Coldfield Lions Club were originally chartered in 1962, Erdington Lions club was chartered in 2000.  The two lions clubs were officially merged in August 2010.  After fifty-one years, The Sutton Coldfield and Erdington Lions Club is still dedicated to serving the needs of the less fortunate in the local community and in the world generally.    The Lions Club International is a network of clubs in 205 countries with approximately 1.3 million women and men  working to alleviate problems and challenges within communities.

We  have a membership of 13  committed men and women, who uphold the Lions Club motto: We Serve.  From bringing christmas cheer with our annual Christmas Santa Sleigh to assisting persons with learning disorder (dyslexia), we impact lives in different ways.  We are proud of our communities, and the charitable givings and support of the residents.  We are even more proud that the funds raised are channeled to support projects and needs in the community.
