Lions Club of Scarborough central is a proud member of the new Canada A2 District A-711 Women's Initiatives & Lions New Voices Symposium where raising awareness of Period Poverty with the help of Screening of the Academy Award Winning Period was our goal.

We are among the  sponsors of the Lion Melvin Jones Birthday Celebration, which takes place at the Native Canadian Centre in Toronto.  

We were honored by a visit from Lions District Governor Jeffrey Friedman, and Mrs. Friedman

The antique fire truck of Scarborough Central Lions Club has been proud member of many parades over the years where children, and adults alike, are happy to see it, and take pictures with it.
