Our 1st Tuesday luncheons are suspended due to COVID-19.
First Friday's of each month are our designated joint meeting days with the San Marcos Lions Club for 2022. We are invited to continue attending their first Friday meeting through 2022.
Their meeting is held at Kerbey Lane Restaurant (note the meeting time change) in the large meeting room at 221 E. Sessom Drive, San Marcos. Meals are ordered iIndividually, ahead of each meeting, so plan on getting to the restaurant at least 20-30 minutes early, if possible. The meeting will be called to order at 11:30 p.m.

2022-2023 District 2S-3 Governor Brandon Mund is our special guest speaker so you won't want to miss this meeting. We will also be presenting grants to Hands of Hope, Redwood Community Center, Blue Angels, San Marcos Youth Services, and Nosotros La Gente.
Be sure to congratulate and get to know your 2022-2023 Bluebonnet Lions Club Officers who will take office 7/1/2022.

The San Marcos Bluebonnet Lions Club celebrates 30 years of service to the San Marcos community in July 2022. In July 1992, the San Marcos Bluebonnet Lions Club officially received its Lions Club Charter after serving as a Lioness Club since May 1984. We celebrate our service and our community through acts of service to protect our environment, Reach Out and Read, ending hunger, helping with sight and supporting cures for diabetes and childhood cancer.

The San Marcos Bluebonnet Lions Club was chartered on May 1, 1984 as the San Marcos Lioness Club, with 66 charter members.
As a result of changes in Lions Clubs International By-Laws, which allowed female Lioness clubs to convert to Lions clubs, our club was re-chartered as the San Marcos Bluebonnet Lions with 55 charter members in July of 1992.
The San Marcos Bluebonnet Lions Club is a member of Lions District 2-S3.
The District of Leaders includes the clubs located in Bastrop, Burnet, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Hays, Milam, Travis, and Williamson counties.
