ABOUT OUR FOUNDATION:
The Rising Sun Lions Club FOUNDATION, Inc. was organized and incorporated for Charitable Purposes, within the State of Maryland, on October 19, 2020 and is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3 Non-profit Foundation (EIN 85-4218129).
Donations made to The Rising Sun Lions Club Foundation, Inc. ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE to the extent permitted by IRS Regulations as defined in IRS Publication 526.
HOW TO MAKE A TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATION:
If you want your donations to be "TAX DEDUCTIBLE", be sure to make your checks payable to The Rising Sun Lions Club Foundation, Inc., and mail them to:

Upon receipt and subsequent clearing of your donation check, we will provide you with a Foundation letter to confirm and substantiate your tax-deductible donation.

for considering our Foundation as a recipient of your Tax Deductible Donations. 100% of all donated receipts will benefit worthwhile Lions Club Services, Charities and Community and Youth Projects. Absolutely nothing is ever deducted for Club administrative fees or will ever inure to the benefit of any Lions Club Member, Officer or Director.
