The Town of Redwater hosts Kris Kringle and a Festival of Trees each year. In 2018 the event was held on November 30th and January 1st. The Lions Club of Redwater supported this community event by sponsoring a tree into the Festival of Trees and hosting a youth draw for a toy lion cub. Lots of comments were made about the tree designed by Lioness Donna. Another feature of the event was a quick visit with Santa by club President David.

Community Christmas Card is a project undertaken by the club to provide Christmas wishes from local businesses and citizens by purchasing space on the sign boards which are placed near the Post Office for all to see. Lions Les and Henry are seen in the picture updating the sign board for what may be their last time as the club is now looking at newer LED scrolling boards that will be easier to maintain and look nicer.
