The Raymond Lions Club meets on the first Thursday of the month, September through June, at the Raymond Public Safety Building (1443 Roosevelt Trail).
Our motto is "We Serve". We are an active club sponsoring the following events annually:
Lions Club scholarships If you are interested in this scholarship, please fill out and return the application you can find on the Raymond Town / Raymond Lions Club website.
Vision Support: We collect used eye glasses to reuse for people in Third World countries. There is a collection box in the Raymond Village Library and at the Raymond Town Office. We provide financial assistance to obtain eyeglasses or an eye exam for Raymond residents who qualify based on the application that can be found on the Raymond Town/Raymond Lions Club website
We have one primary fundraiser: Ongoing bottle drive: We have two bottle collections sites: Raymond Town Hall parking lot and the Jordan Animal Hospital driveway. Half the proceeds going to fund the Lions Club Scholarships and the other half going to multiple organizations such as these Raymond based organizations: Food Pantry, Raymond Village Library, Veterans Park, Fire & Rescue, as well as many other regional groups.
All funds contributed by the public are returned to the public. Administrative funds are raised through member dues.
If you are interested in participating or supporting any of these activities, please contact Laurie Wallace, President, at 415-3901
