At a local level, we provide financial assistance for the needy who require help with the cost of a vision exam and eyeglasses.  We also provide assistance for those who need hearing aids.

• Your contact info and financial info will be collected as part of the review for financial assistance.  
• Documentation to support financial need may include items such as income tax returns, pay stubs, and other financial documents.

We also partner with the regional Northwest Lions Foundation to help restore sight to the blind through financial assistance for corena transplants, seeing-eye dogs, braille readers and prosthetic eyes.  The Northwest Lions Foundation will match, dollar for dollar, expenditures made the the local Lions club to help low-income individuals get sight and hearing treatment they otherwise can not afford.

We gather donated used eyeglasses and hearing aids from our collection boxes.  They are cleaned, measured and sent to Lions Clubs in third world countries to be distributed to those in need.  Drop off loctions can be found at:
