A Join Project of: Quirino Mamparang Lions Club & Pascua Family

1. To provide medical, dental and vision services to the indigent population of Barangay Aklan Village  in the municipality of Diffun who cannot otherwise afford such care.
2. Provide ophthalmic, medical and dental supplies and graded eyeglasses to the indigent population and the different health clinics in the target areas.
3. Put into action the Mission Statement of Lions International, which is “To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing volunteer services through community involvement and international cooperation”.
