Suggested Format: Lions club set up games at 7pm. Gamblers arrive 7.30pm and are handed a bag containing $150,000 play money. Games are explained to gamblers and the rules for betting, to avoid any confusion later. This is a fun night so the Lions people treat it as such with much leg pulling and ridiculous odds being offered to keep the gamblers interested. Once the Play money issued as the guests arrive is spent, then more is available at a price, normally $5.00 (real money) for another parcel of $150,000). This cost/charge is at your discretion. About 9.30pm the games are put away and the gamblers have their play money replaced with an Auction cheque to the same amount. At about 10pm it is suggested that an Auction be held and the highest bidders, or some other form of qualification, get the prizes. |

The Lions Charge:
Minimum Charge $400.00 for up to 5 tables, thereafter plus $65 for each additional table.
For out-of-Tauranga functions, a travel charge may apply.
Please note:
A deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm all bookings.
This deposit forms part of the above mentioned charge and is non refundable if cancelled within 7 days prior to the event.
