Environmental Cleanup in Oakland Chinatown

Join OCA on September 10, 2023 at Wilma Chan Park, 178 9th St, Oakland, CA 94607, for the Oakland Chinatown Cleanup. Volunteers are needed. 

Register for the "pickitup" on the eventbrite website (link below).  Once on the website, please click "Select Date" and get tickets for the 9/10 pickitup 11am-2pm (tickets are free).

Lions Special Kids Day is an event for kids from all around the Bay Area who are specially challenged physically or emotionally. This event has been hosted by the Lions from the Alameda-Contra Costa Counties for the past 45 years. In doing their part, the Oakland Chinatown Lions Club will have a bean toss game and every kid will get a prize just for playing. It will be a carnival-like atmosphere with lunch for everyone.  Besides lunch, there will be popcorn, ice cream, cotton candy, root beer floats, and chips for everyone.  There will also be movie characters roaming around and motorcycle rides for all the attendees.
