The following is an article submitted to the Lionizer for the installation of Annie Chau as Zone Chair for District 4-C3:

"What a momentous evening for Oakland Chinatown Lions Club (OCLC). Our own Lion PP Annie Chau was honored for being appointed as Lion Zone Chair for District 4-C3 in 2023-2024 on August 6, 2023 at the Concord Hilton. During that night, we were surrounded by leaders and pillars of the Lions Club and Lions Club International.  Our Lion PP Annie Chau felt empowered more than ever to support clubs within her zone area to ensure that the clubs meet the needs of their members and their communities while they comply with the association's constitution and policies.  As she has done with OCLC, she continues to strive for excellence and growth as we all work together as one. Your OCLC is here to support you as you represent our club to a higher outreach!  Congratulations OCLC Lion PP Annie! Article is credited to our current 1st VP Roanne Francisco."
